Get in touchMost AI tooling asks European organisations to make an uncomfortable trade: real productivity in exchange for sending your documents, your customers and your contracts to infrastructure you cannot inspect and cannot move. For a hospital, a law firm, a municipality or anyone else holding other people's personal data, that trade is often simply not available. So Bee Flow is built the other way round. The privacy layer is on by default rather than sold as an add-on. The deployment story starts with your own servers rather than ending there. The source is available to read, because a privacy claim you cannot verify is a marketing claim.
Three habits, not values on a wall
We publish what is NOT implemented next to what is - this site says plainly that there is no SAML connector, no desktop app and no meeting bot, because finding that out during a pilot is worse than reading it here. We prefer a smaller product that describes itself accurately to a larger one that does not. And we ship the source under a fair-code licence, so the claims on this page can be checked by anyone who cares to.

Tom spent six years at Pricewise, the last three as Head of Technology & Security, building and then defending the data platform a price-comparison business runs on. That is where the habits behind this product come from: if you cannot say where a request went, you do not really control it. He also runs Kooy AI Consultancy, and completed two Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education programmes — Leading in Artificial Intelligence, and Leadership in Emerging Technology: Security, Strategy & Risk. Harvard went on to profile him about the second one, which is a fair summary of the job: the half that lets a technical answer survive a board meeting.

Ewoud spent a decade in e-commerce and performance marketing before deciding the interesting part was the work underneath it. He builds the automations customers actually ask for — keyword research that runs itself, sales follow-up that does not need a person to remember it — for clients including ROK Groep, Boundless Digital and Op Adem. Trained at Nyenrode Business University and certified in prompt engineering through DeepLearning.AI, he is the reason this product gets tested against commercial reality rather than only against a specification.
