How we work

We set it up in Bee Flow, connect your mailbox and systems and test it on your examples in test mode, without sending anything.
It goes live step by step, with approval steps where a person decides. Every month we check the runs and adjust.

What it costs
You get one offer after the analysis. These are the parts in it.
A fixed price for analysis, building, connecting and testing, agreed before we start.
A monthly amount for checking the runs and adjusting the automation when something changes.
Bee Flow per user per month, from Free up to Enterprise; paid licences start at 5 users. The pricing page lists every licence price.
Depends on where it runs (your own servers or hosted for you) and which AI model you choose. We put it in the offer.
The software is the toolbox, and the Free licence already includes the automation builder. What takes work is fitting it to your process: finding the exceptions, connecting your systems, testing with your examples and keeping it running when something changes. That work is what you pay us for.
